What are we looking for?


We’re looking for an Alliances Manager to develop and implement the strategy of onboarding and building relationships with Alliance Partners that can help 7Bridges gain access to ICP TAM prospects at a senior level with a “warm” introduction and referral leading to faster qualification of opportunities into pipeline. These Alliance Partners will range from individuals and boutique consulting practises to the relevant practises of the ‘Big 5’. It will also include fourth party logistics and logistics service providers relationships for the same reasons.

You'll be joining a well-funded Series A business, so you'll be a key part of the pre-scale team and have a front row seat to one of the fastest scaling logistics companies. This is an opportunity to get into a leadership position on the ground floor of a growing company that is building a unique product at the heart of the vast, quickly transforming logistics industry which is full of waste, inefficiencies and poor outcomes.


You will: 


  • Create and document an Alliance Strategy
  • Identify, qualify and recruit potential Alliance Partners (APs)
  • Evaluate existing APs
  • Implement the most suitable commercial relationships with those APs (typically referral fee or mutual referral arrangements)
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategy and recruitment of the most beneficial AP’s
  • Drive opportunities from the referrals provided by APs to 30% of the overall sales pipeline
  • Construct the value proposition for 4PL and LSPs
  • Produce an “enablement pack” for APs
  • Ensure all partners are onboarded in accordance with the Enablement plan
  • Drive senior level engagement
