About Us

Named in the top 15 Hottest AI Start-ups in Europe by Business Insider, 7bridges makes world-class logistics available to everyone through a SaaS platform. Powered by Artificial Intelligence, our transformational and disruptive, proprietary technology saw us achieve one of the 3 largest seed round raises in 2019, backed by two of Europe’s leading technology VCs.

We’ve proven there’s a market demand for our solutions: businesses using the 7bridges platform have seen ROI in as little as 4 weeks with up to 30% savings on direct costs. We’re flexible and scalable, and fast to integrate – unlike other logistics technologies – and for many the process takes less than 2 weeks. We’re making an impact on our customers already, and we’re making an impact on the broader discussion, being featured in The Guardian, Telegraph, New Scientist, Economist and the BBC.

Headquartered in Soho, London and with team members spread across several countries, our collaborative, committed and fearless culture is attracting talented professionals who want to make an impact. By joining the founding team, you can be a part of shaping both a solution and a company from its earliest days. And as well as lower costs for businesses, optimised logistics mean improved sustainability and reduced environmental impact through more efficient supply chains.

Having built a game-changing solution and proven the value with our customers, we’re ready to scale up rapidly. We’re creating dozens of new opportunities across engineering, product, sales, marketing and corporate disciplines and we’re looking for top talent to join our team.

Do you want to make an impact..?

The opportunity 😎

London / UK (Hybrid)

You'll work closely as part of a cross-functional team (usually a designer, an engineering manager, and 3-5 engineers) as the product owner of our Shipping product. Our technology enables various processes related to the shipping of goods. It helps our customers automate manual processes by embedding intelligence and connecting their warehouses to a network of logistics providers.

Our shipping product is currently supporting the shipping operations of a wide range of customers across sectors like Retail, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing, in Europe and the US. We orchestrate a high volume of transactions both domestic and international, and are inserted at the core of our customers supply chains. We’re approaching automation in logistics in a different way to the market. We use our customers data and intelligent systems to drive automation directly at the operational level. All this powered by a great user experience, that we try to constantly improve.

Our shipping product is part of a wider ecosystem designed to transform our customers supply chains through data, making easy for them to achieve ROI as high as x7 with low friction from the onset. Then, our AI will simulate alternative ways of designing and operating their supply chain processes, to finally enable them to execute on those recommendations.

This is a chance to join an already impressive product and engineering team at the ground level and help us build and scale it into a world-class organisation.

What you'll do 👩‍🏫

  • You’ll take ownership of our Shipping solution, an ecosystem of dashboards, user interfaces and APIs, that work together to orchestrate and add smartness to our customers supply chains.
  • You'll take ownership of our Carrier integration API, understanding the Logistics Providers ecosystem globally and how to best leverage existing APIs in order to orchestrate shipping across the globe. This includes, but not limited to, shipping, customs clearance and tracking.
  • You’ll own your Product metrics, which will become central in achieving your Product objectives and the company’s goals.
  • Research potential partners and make build-partner decisions when appropriate in order to expand our ecosystem to deliver value to our customers.
  • You’ll engage with the business and account managers in understanding and documenting how requirements map into data flows.
  • You’ll manage your team's backlog; synthesizing insights from a broad range of inputs and prioritizing projects to ensure that your team is always working on the most impactful projects.
  • You'll collaborate closely with Design to research, shape, and test various potential solutions.
  • You'll collaborate closely with Engineering to understand scoping tradeoffs and accurately estimate timelines.
  • You’ll work closely with engineering to own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for.
